What is a CFA number?

Chipuka Football Academy number (Colloquially known as CFA Number) is a unique system-generated 8 character identifier number used to identify and keep track of a player's account records. Every player has a unique number to him/herself. A CFA number normally has the prefix 'CFA' followed by 5 digits that are unique to a player.

How do I get a CFA number?

Chipuka Football Academy number is a system-generated number that a player is given after creating an account with Chipuka Football Academy. The system will send a number to the player's registered phone number and Email address. A player is required to remember this number and provide it when needed.

Where do I get to use a CFA Number?

All transactions done with Chipuka Football Academy require a CFA number.

What are the age limits for admission?

Chipuka Football Academy accepts admission for children of both genders from the age of 4 to 13 years.

What does a player get on admission.

  1. 3 sets of jerseys; Green, white, and navy blue.
  2. 3 pairs of socks; Green, white and navy blue.
  3. player data card
  4. Insurance cover against injury that is sustained on the playing field not exceeding 100,000 for 1 year.

What are the requirements for enrolling?

Enrollment is done by the parents. The requirements for enrollment are:

  1. A player; 3 - 13 years.
  2. Admission fee payment of KES 20,000.
  3. A duly filled Registration Form. (Done Online)

How does one enroll for training.

Each player must create an account on our website and create a legitimate player account. On the approval of the account, you will be required to pay the admission fee and you will then be required to join us for training every weekend.

What category is my child in?

Categories are determined by the age of the player and the coach's assessment on the player's abilities.

Is it necessary to have all 3 sets of Jerseys?

Yes. The young players use different sets of jerseys (determined by the head coach) each day to maintain high standards of hygiene and allow the parents/ guardian to clean the other two and make them available for the next event.

Where can fans and parents get jerseys?

Visit our online store to buy jerseys online. You might be required to send us a private message with instructions on the name to print on your jersey and the jersey number of your choice.

Why do I need to create a player account?

Player accounts are essential for communication, data collection on an individual's performance, and legal matters. All players must have an account that is created online by the parent. Follow this link to create one.

How Do I pay my fees through M-PESA?

  1. Log into your account.
  2. Click the finance tab on the menu bar.
  3. Click the name of the player you want to pay for if you have more than one player.
  4. Select M-Pesa.
  5. Fill in the phone number that you will pay with and the correct amount.
  6. Click the Pay button.
  7. You will be prompted by M-Pesa to input your pin on your phone. Input the correct pin and click okay.
  8. Done


You can also pay your fees is through Safaricom's M-Pesa Paybill number. In this case, you need your player's Chipuka Football Academy Account Number. You can follow the following procedure to pay your fees.


  1. Go to the M-pesa Menu.
  2. Select Pay Bill.
  3. Enter Business No. 7220232
  4. Enter Account No. CFAXXXXX (Where CFAXXXXX is your Chipuka Football Account number)
  5. Enter the Amount.
  6. Enter your M-Pesa PIN then send.


Which playing ground will we use for training?

The head coach assigns each player a playing ground that is closer to their place of residence.
